With more than 30 years’ experience in Human Resources and Organisation Development, Marijke has a broad and deep insight into people and how they make things happen. She has worked in a range of interim, consulting and permanent roles across many organisations, from SMEs to large international companies in the private and the public sector, and she has a great understanding of corporate life, its challenges and its politics.
Originally from the Netherlands, Marijke is a Psychology graduate from Birmingham University and she has lived and worked in the UK for 40 years. She now lives in Spain, and works with international clients either face to face, or virtually from her home in beautiful Andalusia.
