During coaching sessions, she will ask questions, listen and challenge to help you explore issues. This will allow you to reflect on yourself and on your goals with a view to achieving tangible outcomes that are right for you and your situation. Marijke will focus on building a relationship of trust, with a focus on discovering yourself, what changes you would like to make, and how you can be successful in making these changes.

At the start of the coaching, Marijke will agree the approach with you, including important aspects such as confidentiality, the amount of support and challenge you want, and what you would like to get out of the session(s).
